Yohama A. Caraballo-Arias, MD. Prof.

Dr. Yohama Caraballo-Arias is an occupational physician and Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (FACOEM). She is a lecturer and bestselling author of “The 7 Secrets of Happiness at Work: Neuroscience for a Healthy, Productive, and Happy Life”, along with numerous scientific articles in occupational health.

Currently a researcher and visiting professor at the University of Bologna (Italy), she actively contributes to advancing global occupational health. Board member of LDOH, a foundation dedicated to developing and sharing high-quality educational resources on health and safety at work.

Dr. Caraballo-Arias serves as President of the International Component (ICSOEM) at ACOEM and is a board member of the International Occupational Medicine Society Collaborative (IOMSC). With more than 22 years of professional experience, she has held leadership and academic roles in Venezuela and internationally, consistently promoting evidence-based occupational medicine and global collaboration.
