Session Description: Global mental health remains a critical yet often under-addressed component of occupational and public health. The ongoing impact of mental health disorders transcends geographical and socio-economic boundaries, affecting workforce productivity, community well-being, and healthcare systems worldwide. This proposed talk for AOHC 2026 will explore recent trends, barriers, and innovative strategies in global mental health, with a special focus on the occupational health context. By examining diverse international perspectives, highlighting evidence-based interventions, and discussing collaborative approaches, the presentation aims to equip health professionals with actionable insights to foster mental resilience and improve outcomes on a global scale.
