As the Global Lead for Occupational Health at Google Data Centers, Dr. Marlon Tingzon leverages his extensive background in operational medicine to champion health and safety in complex technology environments. A San Francisco Bay Area native, Dr. Tingzon earned his medical degree in 2014 before embarking on a highly decorated nine-year career in the U.S. Navy. His military service includes earning his Wings of Gold as a Flight Surgeon, an assignment to the prestigious TOPGUN program, and leading critical workforce safety efforts in Sicily as a Public Health Officer during the COVID-19 pandemic. Board-certified in Occupational & Environmental Medicine, he transitioned to corporate leadership in 2023 as Henkel’s Director of Regional Health for North America prior to joining Google. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Tingzon enjoys adventuring with his wife, daughter, and son, playing jazz piano, and competing in endurance events globally.
