Michael H. LeWitt, MD, PC
Michael H. LeWitt, MD, MPH, is an MD graduate of Jefferson Medical College and MPH graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin. He practiced occupational, environmental, and emergency medicine in and around the Philadelphia area. He is a former president of the Philadelphia Occupational and Environmental Medicine Society. His occupational medicine work included FMC corporation, US Steel Corporation, The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, Eastman Kodak pharmaceutical, ARCO Chemical company, and McNeil Pharmaceutical, and at occupational medical programs at two local hospitals. He has taught at a number of AOHC (and its predecessor organization) meetings, initiating an especially popular one, Occupational Medicine and the Law, in Philadelphia's AOHC. He had a faculty appointment in Occupational Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University. He edited a book, Diagnostic Testing for the Occupational Physician, in State of the Art Review series, and hs published several articles and book chapters.
