Rachel Leibu, MD, MBA, FACOEM

Medical Director Occupational Medicine Services
Atlantic Health System

Dr. Rachel Leibu is currently the Medical Director of Occupational Medicine Services and Chilton Corporate Health for Atlantic Health System in NJ. Her interest in Occupational Medicine began after nursing school when she received a master’s degree in industrial hygiene. She has worked in many different areas of occupational health and safety including industrial hygiene and as the editor of ECRI’s Hospital Hazardous Materials Management Newsletter. After medical school, she trained in internal medicine and occupational medicine and began working at Atlantic Health System as an occupational medicine physician. Since March 2020, she has worked extensively with COVID related matters affecting employees particularly those in the healthcare industry.
