Dr. Donna Coffman is board-certified in Family Medicine and is one of the Lead Clinicians for the Veterans Exposure Team – Health Outcomes Military Exposures (VET-HOME) program with the Veterans Health Administration. In addition to supervising her team of clinicians, she also continues to do military environmental exposure assessments for Veterans. She achieved level 1 and level 2 certification in military environmental exposures from the American College of Preventive Medicine (ACPM). In addition to Environmental Medicine, she is active in projects implementing the new electronic health record, informatics, and implementation of AI resources.
Prior to joining VET-HOME in 2023, Dr. Coffman served in various roles, including front-line environmental health clinician, Environmental Health Coordinator, and Chief of Compensation and Pension.
