Meredith Drummond, MD

VET-HOME

Dr. Meredith Drummond is a board-certified internist who serves as a Lead Clinician with Veterans Exposure Team – Health Outcomes Military Exposures (VET-HOME). VET-HOME is the VA's national telehealth hub serving Veterans who have experienced military environmental exposures. In her role, Dr. Drummond supervises a team of clinicians and conducts exposure assessments for Veterans across the United States.
Before joining VET-HOME in 2023, she worked in Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Occupational and Environmental Health at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, SC. Dr. Drummond achieved Level 1 and Level 2 certifications in military environmental exposures from the American College of Preventive Medicine (ACPM).
