Dr. Rosandra Walker is a transformational leader in health, safety, and well-being. She holds double board certification in Occupational & Environmental Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Public Health (Total Worker Health®). Dr. Walker champions holistic and innovative solutions to workplace health, safety, and well-being.
Her experience includes leadership roles for various organizations, such as the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM), American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM), Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU), and founding advisory board member of the Society for Total Worker Health. She been recognized with honors such as the ACU Excellence in Health Equity Award, ACLM H.E.A.L. Scholarship, Nathan Sostrin Unbeatable Mind Scholarship, Quality Improvement Research Award, Claude Organ Research Award, and several other academic and service awards. Her work spans internationally, including community health work in Haiti and medical capacity building in Vietnam. She is a sought-after speaker, presenting at venues nationally and internationally.
Dr. Walker graduated with the highest honors from Morehouse School of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and served as chapter Vice President. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami as a Foote Fellow and Ronald A. Hammond Scholar.
