Dr. Annemieke De Wilde is an Occupational Medicine, Public Health, and Lifestyle Medicine physician with global leadership experience applying systems-based approaches to deliver occupational health and optimize workforce resilience. She has led programs across diverse regulatory environments and industries at Fortune 500 companies, most recently as Chief Medical Officer for Dow.
She is committed to integrating whole health into organizational performance—strengthening occupational health governance, enhancing workforce well-being, and minimizing emerging health risks. She currently serves as a fractional Medical Director for multinational companies to advance the quality and impact of their occupational medicine programs.
An ACOEM Fellow, Dr. De Wilde is an active member of the Health & Human Performance Section, with a focus on embedding Lifestyle Medicine principles into practice across the occupational health discipline.
