Mustafijur Rahman, MD

Resident Physician
University of Illinois Chicago College of Medicine OEM Residency

Dr. Mustafijur Rahman is a senior Resident Physician in Occupational and Environmental Medicine (OEM) at the University of Illinois Chicago Hospital & Health Sciences System. He earned his medical degree from Chittagong Medical College Hospital in Bangladesh and completed a PGY-1 TY Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler prior to beginning his Occupational Medicine training in 2024.
Dr. Rahman will participate OEM Board Certification exam after graduation from residency and is actively exploring career opportunities in occupational medicine, including roles in urgent care, academic employees health, corporate health, and consulting. He is particularly interested in helping organizations build healthier, safer, and high-performing workforces through evidence-based occupational health programs.
