My name is Jonathan Mathews, MS in Computer Science from Columbia University, and I work as a Data Analyst for the Department of Veteran Affairs, Center for Data and Computational Science (C-DACS). I specialize in data science and data engineering. My main interest is Bioinformatics and building data pipelines for analyzing genomic and proteomic data to further understanding of genetic connections to various diseases and conditions.
