Susan Zwiebel, MD, MPH, FAAOEM, is the Medical Director of Occupational Medicine for Ballad Health. She oversees multiple different practices in the Eastern Tennessee and Western Virginia. She is a double board-certifed physician in Occupational & Environmental Medicine and Family Medicine with over 20 years of clinical experience. Dr. Zwiebel is the current chair of ACOEM's Public Safety Medicine Committee. She specializes in public ssafety and health, regulatory compliance, and fitness-for-duty evaluations. She works on national occupational health policy development and serves on the NFPA 1580 committee. Dr. Zwiebel is a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and is actively involved in education and guideline development within occupational health.
