Dr. Kraemer is a board-certified neurosurgeon specializing in functional neurosurgery, pain, headache, and concussion. She has been an independent medical evaluator and expert witness for 15 years, including in workers' compensation, return-to-work, and personal injury casesan. She is a Past President of the International Academy of Independent Medical Evaluators, and an author of the AMA Guides, 6th edition, 2025, Chapters on The Nervous System and Lower Limb, and a contributor to the 2025 ACOEM Guidelines on Traumatic Brain Injury. She believes patient care is strengthened when evidence-based medicine guides patient diagnosis and treatment.
