Greg Dagley is vice president, global benefits at bp, where he drives strategic oversight and innovation across health, retirement, and well‑being programs worldwide. Based in Houston, he has led compensation and benefits across the Americas—delivering cost savings, strengthening governance, and advancing inclusive, sustainable reward design. Earlier roles included leading reward consulting and operations for the Americas and Integrated Supply & Trading, and managing compensation for corporate functions. Greg holds an MBA from the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Mays Business School, Texas A&M University.
