Ronda McCarthy, MD, MPH, FACPM, FACOEM is Concentra’s Senior Medical Director for Medical Surveillance and Telebehavioral Health Services. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania residency program, Dr. McCarthy is board certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine. Based in Texas, Ronda McCarthy has a long-standing interest in occupational heat exposure and its health effects on workers. In 2019, Dr. McCarthy was invited to provided testimony on heat illness prevention research to the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Workforce Protections.
