Dr. Miranda Kofeldt is the VP of Clinical Services at Ascellus, which provides evidence-based behavioral health services for employees with workers' compensation claims. Areas of expertise include health psychology, motivational enhancement for behavior change and trauma-informed care. She was previously a clinician, consultant, & supervisor at the University of Maryland Medical Center and an assistant professor/director of graduate clinical training at University of Maryland College Park. She co-authored three JOEM articles related to psychological services in workers’ compensation, chapters on recovery from substance use, and a monograph for the World Health Organization.
