Thomas E. Bernard, PhD, CIH FAIHA (he/him/his)

Professor
University of South Florida

Thomas Bernard is a professor in the University of South Florida College of Public Health. He has over 40 years of research and practice experience in heat stress. He is a former member and chair of the ACGIH Physical Agents Committee and recipient of the William D. Wagner Award for his work on occupational exposure limits. He is also a member of the ISO working group on thermal environments.
