Stephanie Eckerle serves as the firm’s Health Care Practice Chair. Ms. Eckerle focuses her practice on healthcare and occupational health issues for hospitals, physician practice groups, pharmaceutical companies, onsite and nearsite clinics, occupational health and workers' compensation providers, and a variety of other health care providers. She provides regulatory, compliance, risk management and corporate advice to these clients, which includes providing advice on pharmaceutical matters, patient consent issues, reimbursement issues, fraud and abuse issues and licensure matters. In addition, Ms. Eckerle counsels healthcare providers and health plans on federal and state privacy laws, including the identification, investigation and remediation of breach incidents, compliance programs, structuring primary care and occupational health records, and health information technology issues. She also works with providers on physician employment agreements, non-competition issues and telemedicine and telepharmacy issues. Ms. Eckerle takes a practical appraoch and enjoyes working with clients of all sizes and types.
