Donato Borrillo, MD, JD, MS is a seasoned physician with extensive expertise in preventive and occupational medicine. He holds multiple state medical licenses and is a Certified Medical Review Officer and DOT Examiner. With a background as a Major and Flight Surgeon in the U.S. Air Force, AFSOC, and most recently as a Senior Doctor for Norwegian Cruise Lines, he has a deep understanding of providing medical care in challenging environments. He also holds a Juris Doctorate, focusing on healthcare, workers compensation, and non-profit law, which provides a unique perspective on the legal aspects of his work. His experience serving on the only U.S. physician-licensed cruise ship under the Jones Act gives him a distinct and authoritative perspective on maritime medicine.
