As the recent past President of the Western Occupational and Environmental Medical Association (WOEMA), he is deeply passionate about mentoring the next generation of OEM leaders and advancing innovative strategies to strengthen the nation’s occupational medicine pipeline—ensuring a healthier, safer, and more resilient workforce for the future.
