Kota Fukai is an Associate Professor at the Department of Preventive Medicine, Tokai University School of Medicine. He graduated from the School of Medicine at the University of Occupational and Environmental Health, Japan (UOEH), in 2009, and completed his PhD at Keio University School of Medicine in 2017. He trained as a specialist in OEM at the UOEH and later served as a corporate occ doc at HOYA Corporation. Dr. Fukai holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Occupational Health Consultant, Diplomate in Occupational Medicine, Japan Medical Association Certified Occupational Physician, Board-Certified and Supervising Specialist in Social Medicine, Supervising Specialist in Occupational Medicine (Japan Society for Occupational Health), Public Health Specialist (Japan Public Health Association), and Senior Epidemiology Specialist (Japan Epidemiological Association). He is also a certified Case Method Instructor at Keio University Business School.
