What is included in my conference registration?
Your registration fee includes CME, networking breaks, access to the exhibit hall, access to the membership meeting, and the opening reception.
How can I edit my AOHC 2026 registration?
You can edit your registration by logging back into your registration using the link included in your confirmation email and confirmation number. You will then have the option to add to your registration.
How can I get a copy of my AOHC 2026 registration receipt?
You can get a copy of your registration receipt by logging back into your registration using the link within your registration confirmation email. You will have the option to resend your confirmation which will also have your receipt attached, or you can print the receipt from the screen.
When is the registration desk open?

PROGRAM / CME
How do I receive my CME?
Specific credit claiming instructions for AOHC 2026 attendees will be provided onsite and post-conference. ACOEM designates this live activity for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Will conference sessions be recorded?
There are a few sessions which will not be recorded and included in Encore 2026. These are noted within the mobile app. Encore will be available in approximately July.
Poster Viewing
Posters will be available for viewing in during exhibit hours. CME will be granted for viewing posters during the opening reception on Sunday evening.

The Exhibit Hall is located in Riverwalk AB, on Level 1 of the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk.

Is there a mobile app for the meeting?
Yes. The mobile app will be available within the ACOEM Events app and is also accesible using the Cadmium mobile app for AOHC 2026. Access the app with your email address and registration ID/Access code

Who can attend the Welcome Reception?
All registered meeting attendees are invited to attend the Opening Reception on Sunday evening.
Will there be food?
Yes! Your conference registration includes breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, as well as lunch on Monday. Coffee breaks will also be available to attendees in the exhibit hall.
DRESS CODE
What is the dress code for this year’s event?
Business casual dress is appropriate for AOHC 2026. Meeting rooms tend to be cool, so please dress accordingly, easy layers are recommended. Examples of business casual include slacks or khakis, dress shirt or blouse, open-collar or polo shirt, optional tie or seasonal sport coat, a dress or skirt, a tailored blazer, knit shirt or sweater, and loafers or comfortable dress shoes. Remember meeting rooms can get chilly, so we always recommend easy layers for your comfort.
